YOUR ROLE AS PROJECT MANAGER / PMO

Depending on your experience and ambitions, you’ll take on a Project Manager or PMO role in dynamic environments across sectors like finance, technology, or industry. Your responsibilities may include:

• Planning & coordination: Define project roadmaps, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
• Stakeholder engagement: Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring & reporting: Track progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure transparency with clear documentation.
• Budget & scope control: Follow up on budgets, control costs, and maintain scope integrity.
• Governance & methodology: Implement or support project governance, tools, and best practices.
• Change management: Support change initiatives, ensure adoption, and guide teams through transitions.
• PMO support: Standardise project templates, processes, and dashboards to improve consistency and control across programs.

WHO YOU ARE

You combine structure with flexibility, strategy with action, and communication with coordination. Whether you lead projects or support their delivery, you're a key player in making things happen.

Your ideal profile:

• Master’s degree in engineering, management, economics, or related field
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch (trilingual is a strong asset)
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMP, etc.)
• Proficient in project tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint...)
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• A first experience in project management or PMO roles is a plus
