YOUR ROLE AS A COMPLIANCE ANALYST (KYC/KYT/AML)

You’ll play a key role in helping financial institutions meet regulatory expectations and safeguard their operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring regulations: Stay on top of regulatory developments in the financial sector and assess their impact.
• KYC/KYT/AML analysis: Review client profiles, monitor transactions, and flag suspicious activity in accordance with legal standards.
• Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify gaps, evaluate compliance risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Process improvement: Propose and deploy enhancements to compliance frameworks and internal procedures.
• Internal controls & audits: Support internal audits and ensure robust compliance practices are in place.
• Awareness and training: Prepare training materials, raise employee awareness, and promote compliance culture.
• Bridge business and regulation: Translate complex regulatory language into actionable processes for operational teams.

WHO YOU ARE

You bring a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of integrity, and a passion for creating secure, compliant environments.

Your ideal profile:

• Master’s degree in law, finance, risk management, or a related field
• Fluent in English French and/or Dutch (speaking all three is a major asset)
• Analytical, rigorous, and organized
• Autonomous, adaptable, and team-oriented
• A first experience in compliance, internal audit, or financial crime prevention is a plus
