YOUR ROLE AS A KYC ANALYST

• Conduct customer due diligence: Analyze and verify customer information to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assess and mitigate risks: Identify potential financial crimes, fraud risks, and money laundering threats.
• Maintain and update KYC files: Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal and external compliance standards.
• Support audits and internal controls: Provide necessary documentation and insights for internal and external audits.
• Train and support teams: Raise awareness among employees, create training materials, and promote best practices in financial security.
• Bridge the gap between Business and Regulation: Translate regulatory requirements into actionable procedures and policies.

THE PERFECT CONSULTANT

• Master’s degree in finance, law, risk management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French/Dutch – speaking all three languages is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
• Adaptable, proactive, and a real team player.
• A first experience in KYC, compliance, audit, or risk management is a plus.
