We are seeking an on-site Helpdesk for Beerse to provide Level 1 to Level 1.5 technical support.
The role focuses primarily on Audio/Video and meeting room technology support, along with general desk-side IT services.
These positions are critical for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for Audio/Video systems used in meeting rooms, including setup, troubleshooting, and live meeting assistance. Deliver desk-side support to end users, including basic hardware/software troubleshooting, installations, and peripheral setups. Collaborate with remote teams or escalate incidents as needed to ensure timely resolution. Perform routine maintenance checks on AV equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary. Support end-user requests related to office technology in a professional and timely manner. Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes using ticketing tools and standard procedures.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment. Languages : EN & DU Basic knowledge of Audio/Video equipment and conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Webex). Proficiency in supporting Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite, and common desk-side IT issues. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently on-site and respond quickly to support requests.
