Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment Operations & Compliance (12 months contract)

Venue: Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Main Responsibilities:

As a TA Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring recruitment processes are compliant with local regulations and company policies. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing job postings across internal and external recruitment platforms.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports to support hiring efficiency and workforce planning.
  • Supporting pre- and onboarding processes to improve new hire retention.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate with external recruitment partners.
  • Assisting in managing audit-related activities, including RBA and IATF compliance.

Other Responsibilities:

Audit & Compliance

  • Support audit activities and ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
  • Regularly review hiring processes and job descriptions to ensure policy compliance.
  • Stay current on local employment laws to uphold compliance throughout recruitment operations.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit activities.
  • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze TA data to identify trends and support ongoing process improvements.

Training & Support

  • Provide training to hiring managers and recruiters on compliant and effective recruitment practices.

Pre- & Onboarding Support

  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and increase retention.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR compliance, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of local employment laws and HR regulations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in using HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
