Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for roles across the ASEAN region.
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry connections.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Identify and engage with high-potential candidates for key fintech roles in technology, product, marketing, and operations.
Manage high volumes of recruitment activity, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely feedback to candidates.
Represent the company brand in the market, showcasing our unique culture and growth opportunities to prospective candidates.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to develop and implement employer branding initiatives.
Keep up to date with the latest trends in talent acquisition, fintech market developments, and regional hiring practices across ASEAN.
Provide regular recruitment updates, reports, and data-driven insights to the HR leadership team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the fintech, technology, or financial services industries.
In-depth knowledge of the ASEAN job market, hiring trends, and talent pools across key countries (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.).
Strong sourcing and recruiting experience, with familiarity in using various applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes across different locations.
A passion for technology and innovation within the fintech space.
