Job Posting for Compliance Investigation Lead at SUMMIT TALENT PTE. LIMITED
We are looking for a Compliance Investigation Lead to manage internal investigations involving regulatory breaches, misconduct, fraud and policy violations within the Singapore operations. The role ensures thorough, fair and timely investigations in line with MAS regulations and internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute internal investigations into compliance breaches, employee misconduct, fraud and whistleblower complaints.
Prepare detailed investigation reports, recommend disciplinary or remedial actions and present findings to senior management.
Ensure all investigations comply with MAS guidelines, anti-money laundering (AML), anti-bribery and corporate governance regulations.
Partner with Legal, HR, Risk and business units during investigations and post-investigation remediation.
Monitor investigation trends, identify root causes and suggest enhancements to internal controls and compliance frameworks.
Support whistleblower management processes, maintaining confidentiality and protecting against retaliation.
Deliver investigation and ethics training to staff to promote a strong compliance culture.
Stay updated on changes to local and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS Notices, Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) standards).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business or a related field; CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) or equivalent certifications preferred.
7–10 years of relevant experience in compliance, internal audit, investigations, or forensic services within banking, financial services or multinational companies.
