JOB SCOPES:

• Draft and prepare necessary documents and correspondence as requested by officers.
• Organize and/or copy court documents, media files, and other related materials.
• Handle completed investigation case files for filing.
• Review and proofread documents/transcripts to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to public inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate officers.
• Coordinate with the public to schedule appointments with officers.
• Manage administrative tasks related to processing case exhibits.
• Perform other administrative duties, such as coordinating unit-level events and compiling KPIs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Must possess at least Diploma in related discipline.
