Our client is a reputable Swiss MNC dealing with Flavour & Fragrance R&D and manufacturing.

Lab Analyst - Fragrance Coordinator (1 year Contract) - Your future position?

Assist Category Evaluation & Gallery Management Team with daily project management and evaluation support.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

• Assist with application sample requests, stability requests in the system.
• Enter customer sample requests in the system, check sample quality with evaluator, prepare paperwork for despatch to customer, send confirmation and tracking number.
• Maintain, request samples and maintain product benchmarks needed for evaluation tests.
• Coordinate samples and results with Fragrance land, organize smelling sessions for new product launches evaluation.
• Organize internal & panel evaluations following evaluation or customer protocols, examples include triangle tests, strength, preference test.
• Prepare samples, labels etc for project purposes, GP kits and Gallery activities

Requirements:

• Polytechnic or bachelor degree graduate in Biology, Chemistry or related field
• Good Coomunicatiion skills (written, spoken)
• Minimum experience of at least 1-2 years in related fields. (Internship experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Preference for someone from local Polytechnics with Diploma in Perfumery and Cosmetic Science
