Process Engineer - Manufacturing Support (Pharma MNC/CONTRACT) #HHL

Salary: up to $7k $250 Transport Allowance

Job Duration: 12 mths
Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours
Location: Tuas (Islandwide Pick Up)

Job Description:

• Provide direct support during product start-ups and process modifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Work closely with process chemistry teams to proactively manage formulation challenges.
• Assist in developing documentation to ensure all products comply with internal and regulatory quality standards.
• Create and execute Process Validation Protocols.
• Drive productivity, cost-efficiency, and process capability improvements.
• Monitor and enhance process performance through key quality metrics.
• Lead and track project development from initiation to completion.
• Innovate and develop new manufacturing processes to support core operations.
• Implement GMP- and GLP-compliant procedures.
• Contribute to internal best practices initiatives and global product development efforts.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging process technologies.
• Lead Technology Transfer efforts for onboarding new processes from other sites or technical groups.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree / MSc In Organic Chemistry
• Has pior experience working in pharma in a technical services team
