We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Service Quality team at ASPRI – Institute of Process Industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our training programs. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of course administration, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall quality of our training offerings.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to
The core responsibility is to ensure timely fulfillment of front-end technical training course administration functions, including managing technical enquiries and online registration gateway.
Course Administration
Prompt respond and follow-up on technical training enquiries;
Effectively manage front-end course administration functions in a timely manner;
Effectively manage online registration gateway;
Manage and monitor ad-hoc and urgent training request;
Timely generating relevant reports on regular basis to support training performance management;
Periodic updating on marketing collaterals; and
Support Technical Support Training Unit on course delivery matters.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Industry Outreach and Marketing
Assist in the designs, develops, and coordinates production of brochures, flyers, catalogues, and web-based marketing, publicity, and promotional materials; and
Assist in ASPRI / ASPRI-IPI / ADPL seminars, events, activities and industry programmes.
Suppliers Management
Source, negotiate, monitor and feedback on the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, ensuring compliance to technical specifications and service standards.

Key Job Competencies
Minimum Diploma with 2 years of relevant working experiences preferably in Training and Adult Education sector;
Ability to effectively manage time and schedules under tight deadline and pressure;
Strong adaptability skill, able to work independently as well as in a team;
Strong communication skills with good customer service aptitude;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT applications;
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekday evenings and Sundays on a rotational basis, with generous perks provided.
Working location in Jalan Papan, shuttle transport will be provided.
