Systems Programmer (AppDynamics) | Agency Contract | RYN

• Manage and upgrade (Unix/Windows) Servers. Both in-place and migration.
  • Regularly upgrade and patch infrastructure tools, ensuring systems are up-to-date with the latest features and security updates.
  • Provide ongoing support for infrastructure-related issues, troubleshooting both hardware and software problems, and ensuring minimal downtime. especially hardware.
  • Implement security protocols, conduct audits, and apply necessary patches to safeguard infrastructure from external threats.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the applications and infrastructure supports their needs and is optimized for performance.
  • Ensure backup and disaster recovery strategies are in place, performing regular backups and restores as needed.
  • Use monitoring tools to track infrastructure health, performance, and availability, providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Utilize SolarWinds and Cloud monitoring solutions (AWS Cloudwatch, Azure Monitor) for continuous monitoring of network devices, servers, and applications to identify performance issues and provide proactive solutions. Good to have Prometheus and Granfana experience.
  • Manage CyberArk solutions to ensure secure management of privileged accounts, performing audits, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with AppDynamics for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting application performance across complex infrastructure environments.
  • Perform capacity Upgrades (Scaling up/ Scaling out).
  • Implementing security best practices, fixing monthly vulnerability scan.
  • Work experience in WOG environment.
  • Working in Commvault backup solutions and Trend Micro Deep security.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, and processes.
  • Inventory management in ITSM and track inventory of Assets.
  • Yearly audit works like Host Compliance Report and ASA.
  • Collaborating with application teams and supporting for P1 incidents.
  • Flexible to work during maintenance window and any on call support.
