• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Up to $4,300 per month

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development of innovative youth engagement strategies through human-centred design, creating frameworks and solutions that strengthen youth commitment to Singapore.
2. Build and manage strategic partnerships across public and private sectors, coordinating engagements and developing sustainable pathways that inspire youth action and create lasting impact.
3. Lead research-driven programme development through data analytics and international best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related social sciences
2. Relevant experience in youth engagement and programme development
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
