Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage patient safety incident frameworks, conduct investigations, and analyze incident data.
• Implement and coordinate patient safety programs, including safety reviews, committees, and campaigns.
• Identify safety risks, design preventive measures, and collaborate with clinical risk management for improvements.
• Provide training, create resources, and facilitate knowledge-sharing to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Offer administrative support to safety committees and collaborate with stakeholders for quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Nursing, Social Work, or Allied Health disciplines.
• 0–4 years of relevant healthcare experience, especially in patient safety or clinical quality improvement.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of basic statistics is advantageous.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; meticulous and proactive.
• A good team player with the ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders.
