Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the monthly closing of accounts for various subsidiaries and review of accounting entries and journal

• Preparation of management reports • Review of subsidiaries’ cashflow projection and monitoring of cashflow position

• Perform analytical review and explain variances

• Preparation of year end annual report

• Keep abreast with latest updated accounting standards and lead in computing any accounting adjustments and making any accounting changes necessary to comply with the new / revised accounting standards

• Participation in the annual budgetary exercise

• Review project budgets with Operations Department to ensure project budget adequacy and reporting to the Group

• Preparation of quarterly group consolidation reports for Board Meetings

• Undertake any other adhoc projects

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Singapore)

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience with 2 years in a supervisory role

• Excellent communication skill, both written and oral

• Strong commitment and dedication to strict adherence to reporting deadlines

• Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
