• Financial Reporting: Oversee and manage financial reporting for the listed company and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SGX listing rules and SFRS(I) standards.
• Consolidation: Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial reports in adherence to accounting standards.
• Books and Records: Maintain financial records for the listed company and selected subsidiaries, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SGX listing rules and other regulatory requirements.
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors to facilitate timely and accurate audit completion.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial reporting accuracy and integrity.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Financial Analysis: Monitor and assess financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to streamline financial reporting and consolidation processes.
