Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and brief guests on their itinerary, including accommodation, transport, and activities.
Coordinate with the office and transport providers to ensure timely arrival of vehicles and smooth guest transfers.
Coordinate guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and resolve issues.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all guest interactions and administrative tasks
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Utilize conflict resolution skills to address any guest issues or disputes.
Perform other ad hoc assignment and project as and when necessary
Requirements:
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (On rostering)
Good communication and inter-personal skills to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
A strong sense of initiative with the willingness to go-the-extra-mile for both internal and external stakeholders
A calm temperament and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player who keeps the team abreast of latest update
Ability to cope in fast pace environment
Pleasant personality and a good team player
