Customer Service Officer (Bowling)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Service Officer (Bowling):

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the proper maintenance of facilities within the bowling center.
• Manage cashiering duties during operating hours and reconcile daily payment balances.
• Provide excellent customer service to patrons, including members, guests, and the public, to maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with established game rules during bowling leagues and competitions.
• Update and maintain accurate records of bowlers achievements, including handicaps, league results, competition results, and championship outcomes.
• Support the supervisor in monitoring and maintaining adequate stock levels of equipment, stationery, and other operational needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, event organization, and billing for corporate events, and prepare monthly operational reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,200 AWS VB ( 2 Months )
• Working Location: Changi Airport
• Working Days: 5 day work week, Monday to Sunday
• Rotating shifts: 9:00am - 6:15pm / 10:45am - 8:00pm / 1:45pm - 11:00pm / 4:00pm - 1:15am
• Monthly laundry allowance provided
• Shuttle bus transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT Station (Cab service will be provided for late shift till 1:15am)
• Shift allowance provided where applicable
