Job Posting for Recruitment Admin (Talent Management) at JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD.
Job Scope :
Work closely with IT Recruiters and Account Managers to support end-to-end candidate management processes.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct preliminary candidate assessments via online meetings (e.g., MS Teams).
Assist in screening and evaluating candidates’ profiles based on job requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates on interview outcomes, required documents, and onboarding processes.
Prepare interview notes, evaluation summaries, and candidate feedback reports.
Support onboarding coordination with internal teams and clients (e.g., account managers and operations).
Handle administrative tasks such as document collection, contract preparation, and compliance checks.
Generate regular reports on candidate pipeline, interview status, and recruitment KPIs.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – trainings will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise with candidates, recruiters, and client stakeholders effectively.
Comfortable with online platforms (e.g., MS Teams) for conducting interviews and assessments.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
