As a freelance recruitment agent, you will help us grow our talent pool and match job seekers with suitable employers. You’ll act as a trusted connector between candidates and companies.

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source, refer, or register job seekers (friends, ex-colleagues, community contacts, etc.)
• Conduct informal candidate screenings (via phone or in person)
• Match candidates to suitable job openings
• Maintain ongoing contact with your network and update the agency on potential candidates
• Optionally liaise with employers to understand staffing needs (we can train you!)
• Attend occasional team meetings or training (online or in-person)
