6 Months Healthcare Process Management Analyst, Raffles Place

Responsibilities:

• Handle call enquiries from panel medical providers
• Handle email enquiries from medical providers, agents, and internal teams
• Make outbound calls on service follow-up and service quality
• Perform background checks on new and existing healthcare providers and partners
• Assist to organise events/ provide support for Provider engagement activities, e.g. hospital tours, health talks, etc, where necessary
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years relevant healthcare / clinics / hospitals / call centre experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong and effective interpersonal relationship skills and a team player
• Flexible, work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work with external advisors, including consultants
