Corporate Planning Manager [Japanese Speaking | Up to $7K ]

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate & analyze financial and operational data; prepare management reports and presentations
• Lead monthly/quarterly/full-year forecasts and annual budgeting; drive plan execution and variance analysis
• Conduct internal/external reviews to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities; propose efficiency initiatives
• Coordinate with all departments and Group entities to develop and implement short- and long-term business plans aligned with HQ strategy
• Ensure new projects adhere to organizational strategy and values; provide cross-functional support for project delivery
• Establish, oversee & follow up on compliance, risk management, and internal audit procedures to ensure regulatory and policy adherence
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver compliance and risk programs and address ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese colleagues and Japan HQ
• Aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
• Hands-on experience working with statistical and big data analysis (e.g. various mode of analyzing platforms) and handling large volume of SKUs.
• Knowledge of general accounting (e.g. type of accounts/ provision/ accrual and etc) and general manufacturing knowledge ( e.g. type of product costing/gross profit and etc)
• Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
