We are looking for a Market research consultant to join our team of consultants. The team exists of professionals with different backgrounds and expertise, such as: market research, data analytics and real-world data studies. With our multidimensional solutions and offerings, we are dedicated to drive healthcare forward. To increase our impact on healthcare, we would like to strengthen our market research solutions and are therefore looking for an experienced market researcher. Experience with qualitative market research is a plus.

Within our team, Analytics Solutions, we partner with business intelligence managers, brand teams and business unit directors in the pharmaceutical market to support them leveraging and interpreting data and make evidenced-based decisions for their business strategy. To broaden our impact on healthcare, we are now extending our partnership with other healthcare stakeholders, such as hospitals, patient organizations, government, healthcare insurers and healthcare researchers.

Tasks And Responsibilities

You will serve as key point of contact with the client and manages market research projects from start to finish, relatively independently.

You will take care of the coordination and follow-up of the different steps of market research projects:

• Project scoping, identifying client needs and advising project set-up and methodology,
• Project management: coordination and follow-up of the different steps of a market research project,
• Set-up of questionnaires in close contact with clients and colleagues,
• Fieldwork, monitor, and follow-up on responses,
• Analyzing data and translating these into relevant insights,
• Write reports based on collected data, with a good and logic story flow,
• Summarize key findings and build actionable conclusions and recommendations,
• Structuring and standardizing current market research processes internally.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Formal qualifications and experience

• Minimum HBO bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of market research as project manager
• Healthcare market knowledge and experience is not required, affinity is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• No programming skills required
• Experience with SPSS or other statistical software is a plus
• Knowledge about market research SOPs and standards is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Shows the ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines

• A positive drive with a hands-on spirit and a pragmatic approach

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially when aligning scope and development of questionnaires together with client
  

Location

Based at our office in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost with the flexibility to work from home. Post pandemic, you are expected to travel to client’s office locations (across the Netherlands) for meetings.
