Commercial Excellence Manager

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical leader, committed to making high-quality biosimilar medicines accessible to more patients at cost-effective prices. Due to their success, they are expanding their team with a newly created position for a Commercial Excellence Manager.

Role Overview:

As a Commercial Excellence Manager, you will drive commercial excellence by designing, planning, and implementing processes, projects, and initiatives to maximize sales performance and profitability in the EU. You will work closely with commercial functions to implement analytics and insights projects, helping the business reach and exceed sales targets.

Location: Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly sales productivity analysis and insights.
• Contribute to strategic sales and marketing decisions.
• Monitor annual KPIs for the field force and performance management process.
• Assess sales effectiveness and productivity, developing recommendations for improvement.
• Distill insights from sales performance data to drive action or course correction.
• Enhance forecasting processes for commercial and manufacturing purposes.
• Represent the organization in SOP meetings with the Global Team.
• Design and expand new solutions to support business growth.
• Educate sales teams on maximizing the use of analytics tools.
• Ensure compliance with EU regulations and GDPR rules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on data projects and marketing processes.
• Stay current on market trends and industry best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High analytical skillset, able to cross-reference data into clear business insights.
• Degree in Mathematics or a similar field.
• Experience in data analysis, report creation, and data crunching.
• Based in the Netherlands with full rights to work in the EU.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry market is a plus.
