Job Description
Position: Senior Sharepoint Administrator
Job Location: Farm Credit Bank of Texas, Austin, Texas
Job Duties:

1. Analyze business requirements; prepare and review of the database documents designing processes; work with different project teams to come up with the best solution; facilitate database and documentation administration including Technical Specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, SQL Scripts, PowerShell scripts, and Test cases.
2. Perform solution management including package and promotion of solutions/ bug fixes; ensure code is checked with the correct source code repository; execute deployments to specific production in timely manner.
3. Maintain responsibility for system administration and provide production support to all servers for SharePoint Instance including Operation System, Application, SQL database administration, and test systems for SharePoint; ensure systems in compliance with Security patching and Microsoft updates.
4. Maintain responsibility for Quality Assurance (QA); plan, prepare and execute unit/ integration testing.
5. Provision, configurate, administrate and monitor specific business systems/ server; build subject servers including configuration and user access per requirements; monitor database performance regarding CPU and memory.
6. Collaborate with functional teams to organize and/or participate in both internal and external meetings regarding project status, technical collaboration, problem resolution, requirements review, vendor demos of new products, deployments, and training.
7. In connection with above duties, utilize experience in configuring BDC to access SQL data into SharePoint Portal using third party tool BDC Meta-Man; deploying web parts and features (wsp packages); analyzing and troubleshooting IIS crashes with Debug Diag and other tools; performing root cause analysis and fixing Windows/IIS Web Server Related issues; and developing and maintaining SharePoint documentation and it relates to policies, Procedures, architecture, and application integration.
8. In connection with above duties, also utilize experience in Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Project Server 2010, Microsoft Project Server 2013, Microsoft Visio, Powershell, XML/XSL, Java Script, HTML/DHTML, Microsoft InfoPath, IIS, Fiddler, ULS Log viewer, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio2008/2010, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Service Now, Metalogix Control Point, ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2008R2, SQL Server 2012.

Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus 2 years experience in job offered or 2 years experience in related occupation using experience in configuring BDC to access SQL data into SharePoint Portal using third party tool BDC Meta-Man; deploying web parts and features (wsp packages); analyzing and troubleshooting IIS crashes with Debug Diag and other tools; performing root cause analysis and fixing Windows/IIS Web Server Related issues; and developing and maintaining SharePoint documentation as it relates to policies, procedures, architecture, and application integration.
Also requires 6 months experience in related occupation using experience in Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Project Server 2010, Microsoft Project Server 2013, Microsoft Visio, Powershell, XML/XSL, Java Script, HTML/DHTML, Microsoft InfoPath, IIS, Fiddler, ULS Log viewer, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio2008/2010, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Service Now, Metalogix Control Point, ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2008R2, and SQL Server 2012.
In lieu of Master's degree, employer will accept Bachelor's degree in above listed fields plus 5 years of progressive work experience in related occupation. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
