Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office by providing administrative, bookkeeping, payroll, and customer service support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Perform bookkeeping, data entry, banking, account reconciliations, and payroll using QuickBooks.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Process invoices and ensure bills are paid accurately and on time.
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and stationery.
- Coordinate office maintenance and arrange repairs as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
- Answer phones, manage email correspondence, and distribute mail.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Respond to employee questions regarding office procedures, equipment, and supplies.
- Run occasional business errands as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or business coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks, payroll processing, banking, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience operating standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
