JOB PURPOSE:The Store Inventory Specialist is responsible for traveling to multiple NAPA locations to maintaining inventory through physical counts and reconciling of discrepancies. A Store Inventory Specialist requires self-motivation, accuracy, extensive problem-solving skills.
DUTIES:
- Conduct quarterly physical inventory counts at various locations.
- Verify physical inventory counts.
- Investigate discrepancies.
- Locate hard to find parts as directed by management.
- Report inventory findings and activity.
- Performs special projects as directed by management.

- Willing to travel to various NAPA stores in company vehicle.
- Previous inventory experience preferred.
- GED preferred.

- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
- Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
