Stone Arch Law Office, PLLC is a busy estate planning law firm in Southwest Minneapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced probate and estate planning paralegal to lead and manage the Legal Support Team as well as perform advanced paralegal functions.
The Paralegal Supervisor position includes a significant amount of client contact requiring a candidate with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor. A primary component of this position requires the exercise of independent judgment and discretion with the authority to make decisions on matters that affect the legal operations of the team.
We are a small (but growing) team and offer a family-oriented office environment with a competitive compensation and benefits program. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
