• Build and maintain strong relationships with our VoIP vendor partners.
• Manage supplier and partner contracts, ensuring compliance and adherence to terms.
• Oversee day-to-day vendor interactions, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Own the forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on the VoIP business segment.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to vendor performance.
• Ensure customers receive an unparalleled delivery experience with VoIP services.

• Proven experience working as a Vendor Manager in the VoIP technology sector (3 years).
• Strong understanding of the VoIP industry and its current landscape (a plus).
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and decision-making skills.
• Top-notch analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Solid experience with VoIP technology is essential.
