Job Summary
Job Description
- Answering basic inquiries and resolving routine problems regarding products and services via calls, email or internet chat.
- Conducting periodic and regular surveys of clients to determine satisfaction and opportunities to advise on other products and services.
- Performing contract administration support and resolving contract related issues.
- Developing new prospects, establishing clients, and finding opportunity to introduce RBC's products and services.
