Responsibilities:

• The Server Analyst provides technical support by assembling and testing server hardware, operating systems, and troubleshoots server related issues.
• Maintains the server operating systems and participates in the development and ongoing management of Service Level Agreements with the customers.
• Research, evaluate, recommend, and define standards for server level software and hardware technologies.
• Partner with other IS teams throughout project lifecycle to ensure architectural compliance related to design and development of best practices along with approved technology standards.
• Actively participate in project analysis, design and development phases to define appropriate options for system deployment.
• Develop and deploy server security standards.
• Develop and document test lab and testing scenarios defining conditions, outcomes, and risk assessments.
• Provide recommendations and documentation to appropriate IS Governance Committees.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of Server Experience and 2 years of Software experience required

Strongly preferred skills:

• Familiarity with CyberArk Identity, an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution.
• Understanding of how CyberArk Identity unifies and simplifies access to applications and services through features like Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Knowledge of adaptive analytics and auditing capabilities provided by CyberArk Identity.
• Awareness of its role in securing all identities from end-to-end.

CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM):

• Proficiency in CyberArk PAM, which focuses on securing privileged access.
• Ability to manage and enforce privileges, secure DevOps processes, and prevent unauthorized access.
• Understanding of privileged account management best practices.

Imprivata OneSign:

• Experience with Imprivata OneSign, an authentication and access management solution.
• Knowledge of its features, such as single sign-on, authentication workflows, and secure access to healthcare applications.
• Understanding of how Imprivata OneSign enhances user productivity and security.
