We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Online New Home Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
•* Provide timely responses to client inquiries, address concerns, and offer solutions to ensure a positive initial buying experience.*
•* Engage with potential buyers via email, chat, social media, and virtual meetings to understand their preferences, budget, and timeline.*
•* Assist clients in selecting the right floor plan to meet their needs and preferences.*
•* Conduct virtual tours of model homes and showcase properties using digital renderings, photos, and videos to provide an immersive experience for clients.*
•* Collaborate with the on-site New Home Specialists to transfer qualified leads and provide detailed lead information for seamless handoff.*
•* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead qualification activities, and follow-up tasks using our CRM system. *
•* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies. *
•* Maintain the Logan Homes website with active and available homes. *
•* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. *
Qualifications: Must align with the company’s culture deck personally and

•* Minimum 2 years’ experience in new home construction Online sales, real estate sales, or a related field is preferred. *
•* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients in a remote environment.*
•* Strong technical skills and proficiency in using digital communication tools, virtual tour software, and CRM systems. *
•* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.*
•* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.*
•* Must be able to work weekends.*
•* Must have reliable transportation.*
