The Grief Counselor assesses individual needs and coordinates with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver a holistic support plan. Plans and provides bereavement counseling and support to survivors. Being a Grief Counselor facilitates grief support group sessions. Guides survivors to appropriate bereavement resources.
