Food and Beverage Controller - Casino Jobs

Responsible for the invoicing and accounting for the food and beverage function. Establishes and maintains the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. Researches and resolves any payment issues to ensure correct posting. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
