The Field Surveyor I surveys and investigates land surfaces to determine precise measurement and location of lines, angles, points, areas, and elevations. Collects field data by using surveying equipment and software. Being a Field Surveyor I performs project research and boundary calculations. Uses reports, maps, drawings, engineering plans, and aerial photographs to assess project needs and assists in project approach.
