Leads a team in developing, implementing, communicating, and administering compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Supervises daily compensation and benefit operations including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis, planning for health and welfare, retirement, and work life benefits. Coordinates with outsourced providers. May provide customer support to managers and staff with compensation or benefits questions. May require a bachelor's degree.
