The Aviation Electrician cuts and strips wire, insulates connections, and performs all other duties necessary in the installation process. Installs and repairs electrical wiring and/or cable on aircraft in adherence to established specifications. Being an Aviation Electrician may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. May maintain manuals and maintenance documentation.
