Assistant Coach (Minor Sport) Jobs

Assists with overseeing the activities of a minor athletic team. Plans and manages the training of student athletes. Assesses players' abilities and skill level to determine appropriate team position. Analyzes opposing's team performance and assists with determining game strategy. Stays current on NCAA rules and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head coach. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
