About the Role
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced APRN to join our outpatient clinic in Florida. You’ll provide expert care for adult to geriatric patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, assess patients health , manage both acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and allied health professionals.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Experienced and Board Certified APRN
- Has worked in a Primary Care setting and has a Medicare #
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
