This is a part-time, on-site role for an Advanced Practice Nurse located in Cocoa, FL. The Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and administering medications. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, offering patient education, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided at the center.
- Advanced Practice Nursing and patient assessment skills
- Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans and managing medications
- Collaborative skills and ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and patient education abilities
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Master's degree in Nursing and current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse
