Seeking a Legal Technology Training Specialist for our Clients Hackensack, New Jersey office to join their IT team and support the Firms technology training initiatives. In this role, youll assist in developing and delivering skills-based training, expand the eLearning library, supporting strategies for user adoption, and coordinating training logistics.
Reporting to the Legal Technology Trainer, youll play a key role in enhancing how the attorneys and staff are made aware of the available legal tools and become productive with them. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys teaching, content creation, and helping others get the most out of technology in a professional services environment. The role requires adherence to established procedures, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Associates or bachelors degree in a legal or technology field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal ability, and the aptitude to learn new tasks quickly
- Periodic travel to other Firm offices is required.
Anticipated salary: $90,000 to $150,000
