Duties
- Assemble products and components on the manufacturing line following detailed work instructions and specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to secure parts, fasten assemblies, and perform quality checks throughout the process
- Conduct routine inspections of assembled items to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and troubleshoot assembly challenges promptly
- Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking parts and materials used during assembly
Qualifications
The most effective and successful candidates are extremely detail oriented, able to complete multi-step tasks with precision, and able to work with small parts. No prior experience is necessary.
