We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth through proactive outreach, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us expand our market presence and support our customers’ health journeys.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales through outbound calling to existing healthcare professionals across the country
- Open news business, closing potential new healthcare professionals who attended webinars and requested sample products
- Be the face of the Company and product champion, provide technical sales support by explaining product benefits to healthcare professionals and their office staff
- Develop new business opportunities and expand current product usage
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales with a focus on healthcare, wellness, or consumable products
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies, technical sales processes, and business development techniques
- Ability to handle outbound calling with enthusiasm, professionalism, and persistence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals
Compensation includes: Base salary (commensurate with experience) plus commission, plus quarterly bonus, plus annual bonus and stock options. Total first year potential $105K to $145K. This position is office based and NOT remote.
