What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Digital Hardware Installation position at ZUTEK LLC?
Job Summary: Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading of digital technology hardware installation projects from statement of work process through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identifies project plan to include readiness for work orders, staffing, hardware, software, and equipment
- Identifies and coordinates schedule for appropriate technicians, employees and/or contractors which meet project timeline
- Manages project progress and adapts work as required
- Ensures projects meet agreed upon deadlines
- Manages relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversees all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Conducts project review and creates detailed reports for leadership
- Optimizes and improves processes and the overall approach where necessary
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Expert level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches.
- Budget, cost and profitability management skills
- Knowledge of resource management tools
- Ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture
- Technical aptitude for the products used for POS, Digital, Kiosk, Networks, Drive-Thru
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, and excellent organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both in a team and individual setting.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration preferred
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Project Management, Field Service Technician, or Digital Installation
- PMP and/or Six Sigma certification preferred

- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
