Project Manager - Commercial Door & Hardware

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Commercial Door and Hardware projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires an in-depth understanding of architectural products and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial door and hardware projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address issues, and ensure alignment among team members.
• Utilize software tools such as Comsense or Avaware for project management and documentation purposes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for all projects, including fire-rated frames and hardware installation standards.
• Track project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial door and hardware.
• Proficient in relevant software applications such as Comsense, Avaware, and eMullion.
• Strong understanding of architectural products, including hollow metal, wood frame, and fire-rated frames.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
