- Champion and actively promote Zumbrota's Health Services’ mission, core values, philosophy, goals, and objectives in every interaction and aspect of your work.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all company and resident information, demonstrating the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Contribute your voice and expertise by serving on committees and participating in care center initiatives as appointed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
- Take ownership of administrative responsibilities by completing required forms, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Engage in quality improvement efforts, helping drive positive outcomes and continuously elevate the standard of care.
- Maintain a current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota.
- Keep your Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification current and be ready to respond when it matters most.
