Registered Nurse Assisted Living On-Call

Currently we’re looking for a part-time Registered Nurse On-Call to join our amazing Shorewood Assisted Living health care team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The RN On-Call provides appropriate and effective clinical direction and/or direct care in the delivery of client services during the on-call period as assigned. The RN On-Call is responsible to apply professional knowledge and skills, in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice, to facilitate problem resolution, and thereby, the achievement of individualized client goals and outcomes.
  • Initiates and responds appropriately, and in a timely fashion, to contact from client, family, clinical staff, physician, and members of the healthcare team.
  • Effectively triages the clinical needs of the clients as they arise.
  • Provides supervision, coaching and mentoring to the assisted living clinical staff. 
  • Acts as a resource for other clinical staff in the identification, management and/or resolution of client needs.
  • Maintains the highest standards of professional conduct in relation to information that is confidential in nature. 
  • Is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with referral sources and community resources. 

Keeping up with Comfort Health’s high healthcare standards, the Registered Nurse On-Call will also ensure the home care services are in compliance with current regulations and standards, and must be able to relate professionally with clients, staff and family members.

WAGE

• Weekend Stipend: $210
• Hourly: $38-$42

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota 
• Driver’s License

LOCATION:

• Rochester, MN area.

SCHEDULE:

• Part-time, variable
• Weekends
