Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview:

Zubista Wholesale LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily supply chain operations, including inventory flow, order fulfillment, and shipping coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely delivery of beauty and skincare products to both retail and wholesale customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in logistics or warehouse operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Manage order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and dispatching
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing to prevent stock shortages
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
• Track shipments and provide updates to customer service and sales teams
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documentation, and inventory data
• Optimize shipping routes and costs to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Assist in warehouse organization and process improvements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or wholesale distribution is a plus
• Familiarity with shipping software, inventory systems, or ERP platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Pay: $23.50 - $27.00 per hour
