- Oversee a team of professional drivers to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence
- Monitor driver performance, productivity, and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams to maintain smooth daily operations
- Support business growth by ensuring driver readiness and availability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing guidance and day-to-day support
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Coach drivers to improve performance, customer service, and overall success
