What You'll Do as a Mechanic:

As a Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and performance of our fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on company vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Complete vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Troubleshoot equipment concerns and implement effective repair solutions
• Maintain accurate repair orders, maintenance records, and service documentation
• Identify and address potential mechanical issues before they become major repairs
• Work closely with fellow technicians and operations teams to maximize fleet availability
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

What We're Looking for as a Mechanic:

• Previous experience as a Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Auto Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, or related role
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and preventative maintenance
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver's license required
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
